Merredin IGA is an independent supermarket situated in the West Australia Wheatbelt district. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Meat Manager and Butcher for our Meat Team.

The successful candidates will require the following attributes and qualifications.

Trade qualified butcher, certificate must be provided.
Proven Team Management experience.
Ability to manage, coach and train a small team.
Experience in inventory control and stock ordering.
Evidence of Food Handling and Hygiene training.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Great customer service skills.
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, mornings and afternoons.
