What you will do
The Facility Performance Team Leader is a promising opportunity to provide leadership to a team of Facility Performance Specialists. You will be an important part of JCI Service Team responsible for:
- Provide leadership to a team of Facility Performance Specialists
- Identification of Facility Performance Opportunities (FPO’s).
- Delivers to JC customers within predetermined financial and non-financial objectives.
- Leads the FPS to drive growth.
- Provides monthly reporting and FPO forecasting
- Ethics Compliance – ensuring the Branch complies with all aspects of the JCI Ethics.
- Policy & 100% compliance to Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS).
How you will do it
As a Facility Performance Team Leader you will handle ambiguity well and believe that the best work is done in teams. You manage multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills. You are intellectually curious – driving continual learning for you and your team. You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practice. Above all you are commercially driven and understand the need to deliver on targets, within acceptable risk profile and margin levels
What we look for
Required
- Degree or equivalent from an Engineering/ Technical / Trade School with a certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Preferred
- Significant understanding in Facility Performance and Sustainability.
- Strong understanding of Facility HVAC, Chillers, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Previous experience supervising / directing work of other technicians.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus approach
- Sound commercial and business acumen.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel and the ability to program software.
- NABERS Certification preferred.
