About the role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor the duties will include -

AC and DC electric motor overhauls and rewinding
Overhaul and rewinding pumps
Overhaul and rewinding Generators
Overhaul and rewinding Servo Motors
Static and Dynamic testing of all electrical equipment

Skills and experience

Australian recognized Trade Certificate 3 in Electrical Fitting; Electrical Machine repair or equivalent
At least 5 years hands-on experience of AC and DC electric motor repair and rewinding
Attention to detail, and the ability to follow company policy and procedures
MUST be Australian citizen or have permanent resident
