About Us:
We are a shopfitting company based in Western Sydney and are looking for a qualified Site Fixer / Carpenter to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have finished their trade and have extensive experience on shop fitting projects as a tradesman. They will need to understand the commitment required and productivity expectations on completion of GKR Interiors projects.
This is a full time position 38 hrs per week. (overtime available during busy periods)
The successful applicant will:
- Be a qualified shopfitting/carpenter tradesman with a proven record of on-site installations.
- Have at least three years experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work away from home when required. (This could be one night or a couple of weeks, depending on the location and duration of the project).
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to interpret architectural plans and be able to follow program scheduling and organise their time efficiently.
- Have neat personal presentation and good hygiene as the majority of our work is in retail shopping centres.

- A current drivers licence
