Training is a core foundation of our business, and we place a great emphasis on this - as part of your induction process we will provide you with a thorough training program in this new industry through our Clinical Training Manager.

The Position:

We are looking for high performing Clinic Managers and Beauty Therapists - that are results focused, fun, dedicated and enthusiastic additions to our rapidly growing team. You need to have a love for beauty, health, fitness and a passion for  premium 1st class customer service, wanting to drive positive body change for our clients.

You will help clients see their potential via personalised body plans that utilise a variety of the latest treatments, next generation technology and equipment.

Skills & Experience:

You love dealing with people, customer service, health, fitness and beauty! You are excited and want to be part of the fastest growing cosmetic – beauty sector and want to advocate our services and focus on making our customers feel their best.

• Certificate IV in Beauty
• Customer service or sales focused experience, training, certificate or diploma
• Team player who is results driven
• Superior customer service and care commitment
• The ability to work in a fast pace and continually changing environment
• An outgoing and vibrant personality with  exceptional communication skills

Favourable but not essential:

• Previous experience working in the aesthetics industry 
• 2 years sales experience
