We are currently seeking to employ a Full Time Qualified Cabinet Maker to work with us in our reputable long-established family business in the south east suburb of Dandenong South.
The successful candidate for this role must clearly demonstrate previous experience and knowledge in all areas of cabinet manufacture, installation and wood machining -References will be required.
Our business and clients are diverse. We manufacture and install custom made kitchens, vanity units, wardrobes and architectural joinery for a variety of markets.
- In order to join our team the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Proven industry experience.
- Be able to use all hand tools, power tools, edge bander and panel saw.
- Be accountable, be a proactive team player and work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to read & interpret architectural plans and drawings.
- Have installation experience.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Attention to safety, detail and quality are imperative.
- Be a forward thinking & a problem solver.
- Hold a red/white 'safety induction card'.
- Current drivers licence & reliable transport.
- A Police name check will also need to be completed.
The successful applicant must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment and able to demonstrate and bring their experience to the business.
