Our company is a successful family owned medium sized repetition engineering company in the south eastern suburbs manufacturing quality process components for a wide range of industries on a large number of CNC lathes and Machining centres.
We are currently seeking candidates who are a trade qualified maintenance fitter and turner to be part of the toolroom and maintenance team.
A successful candidate would need to possess the following skills
- Full qualifications as a Fitter and Turner or similar
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Good mathermatic skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
Duties would include
- Support of machine operators in a busy CNC machine shop
- Setting of various production machines
- Machine maintenance and breakdowns
- Modification to tooling, Jigs and Fixtures.
- Work harmoniously with a friendly and fun team.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.30am; Friday7am to 1:30am
Salary: An attractive negotiable package will be offered.
