The Company
Kazam Hair Studio is an upmarket salon based in the heart of Gatton, operating six days a week. With our ninth birthday approaching us, we are currently in the process of revamping the salon and taking it beyond and above what it has ever been before! Kazam is a Matrix certified salon. We love and trust in the products we stock, and endeavour to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, which is what keeps our clients returning time and time again.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate senior stylist who is looking to combine their immaculate hairdressing skills with the responsibility and pleasure of leading a talented time of stylists, evaluating stylist performance and salon productivity, coordinating clients and organising marketing and promotions. The successful applicant will have the drive and motivation to always encourage themselves and others to achieve the best of their ability, will love the industry of hair and beauty, and will be willing to work a full time roster, with one Saturday off per month. An impressive bonus system and incentives will be offered.
