This K-12 Christian School is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Project, Property and Facilities Manager.
The Project, Property and Facilities Manager will have a lead project management role when the School undertakes building projects, providing a link between the School and Architects and Builders, and advocating on behalf of the School to ensure that projects are fit for purpose ad completed in a timely and cost effective Manager.
The successful applicant will also have oversight of the Property Department and will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the physical property of the School is adequately maintained and safe for all users.
In addition the successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record and the ability to work productively, creatively and intelligently in a team setting.
