Billi, an Australian manufacturer of instant boiling and chilled filtered drinking water systems, has an opportunity for a professional & experienced Service Technician to lead a small team of qualified technicians in Brisbane.  

For over 20 years, Billi has lead the market with the premium product.  Billi is a long-term company and is experiencing an exciting and sustained growth phase due to product innovation, our unique sales approach and most importantly great customer service and after sales support.

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the National Technical Manager.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

• Installation, Service, Maintenance and Repair of boiling and chilled water systems.
• Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
• Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
• Provide senior technical advice, support and leadership to a small team of qualified technicians.
• Maximise team efficiency, profitability and drive the team to provide best levels of customer service delivery.

We are looking for someone who:

• Must have a Contractor Plumbing License.
• Experience working with Billi/Zip units in a technical capability.
• Has experience within the plumbing, electrical, whitegoods or coffee industries (though other industries will be considered).
• Has exceptional customer service skills and diplomacy.
• Is highly motivated and self-starter with results orientation to complete tasks on time.
• Proven ability to work within a team whilst leading and delegating effectively.

• Honest & Reliable.
• Ability to effectively communicate between the frontline team and management.
• Excellent people management skills, coaching and motivation.
• Extensive knowledge of the industry and willingness to provide advice and training to team members.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Hard working & driven.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Be willing to provide a National Police Clearance and Working with Children check.
