True to their values of pioneering and innovating, together with teamwork, they have achieved exceptional growth and are now looking for a Sydney based Service Technician to support their rapid National expansion.
Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to install, maintain and repair a wide range of equipment used in Automotive workshops around the greater Sydney area.
Focussed mainly on the company’s list of high-end customers, this role requires someone who can deliver a fantastic customer experience.
In addition to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment for existing customers, you will also be involved with the fit-out of brand new workshops.
Due to the geographical spread of your customers, you should expect a high volume of daily travel and some regional travel also.
You
Due to the technical nature of the equipment you will be servicing, it’s highly likely that you have a Mechanical Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification. Previously successful Applicants have a history of working on Diesel motors, usually in trucks, busses or earthmoving equipment. Regardless of your specific career history, you are known for being highly organised, methodical, a natural problem solver and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Your ability to diagnose effectively is second to none. You are also a fantastic communicator, able to provide detailed feedback to customers and internally to relevant departments within the company you work for.
