An exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Workshop Manager is now available to join Audi Centre Sydney based in Zetland.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Proactively lead, manage and motivate a team of high performing Technicians, with an emphasis on continual development
- Manage daily team attendance via online approvals and leave requests
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities within your team
- Working closely with the Leadership team to ensure all core KPI’s are exceeded
- Review and improve daily productivity to ensure optimal results are achieved
- Preparation of daily reports and updates on all key deliverables
- Ensure the workshop is compliant with Dealer Standards
- Management of workshop maintenance and consumables
As the Workshop Manager for this luxury dealership, you will possess the following attributes:
- Proven success as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager, preferably gained in a premium automotive brand
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire and drive success within a team
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with both employees and customers
- Highly organised and planned to efficiently manage the day to day operations of the workshop
- Results and solutions focused with the desire to continually develop and grow the business
- A passion for the Audi brand is essential in delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectation
The successful candidate will be determined to succeed but also thrive in working in an environment that is dynamic, fast paced and evolving. You will be extremely focused with a hunger to deliver and exceed departmental KPI’s and goals to contribute to the success of the dealership.
