Solar Injection Australia is a fast growing manufacturer of chemical injection pumps (CIP) to the oil & gas, and agricultural industries both here in Australia and internationally. We are seeking an experienced machinist to join our team.

As the lead for machining in the organisation, your key responsibilities are:

Manufacture components to achieve production objectives as directed by works orders and Operations Manager

Operate CNC machines - Fanuc Controls; Fadal VMC & CNC Lathes

Meet all time and quality measures

Keep records for quality assurance and tracking

Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient operating condition

Follow Safe Work methods

Skills & Experience

Trade relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting & Machining)
Mandatory CNC machining experience
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Ability to program CNC machines would be highly advantageous
