We are recruiting for Australia's leading large highway trailer builder, who specialise in the manufacture of innovative tailor made trailers to suit a range of different requirements as well as their well-known fleet of A tippers and B doubles.
About the role
NEW Positions boilermakers welders + fabricators can weld in Steel or Aluminium -
Multi directional work required. Millers and fronius push pull guns 1.2mm bare wire feed. IMMEDIATE Starts can be offered after weld test.
NEEDING ASAP- Aluminium experienced boilermakers OR straight welders - Fronius pulse welder work Experience with multi positional welding
Both MIG for Steel and Aluminium work on offer
Main duties are experience with fairly thick gauge aluminium. musty be able to do verticle up welds
Steel is sub assembly frame work
Tipper and B Double Aluminium manufacturing experience preferred or large equipment. Work for one of the best Trailer manufacturers in Australia. Boasting 2 busy sheds in Forest Lake surrounds. Trailer Fitters-Trailer mechanics OR Fitter welders wanting to work for a leading highway trailer manufacturer. Key responsibilities
Fitting of hydraulics to prime movers trailers- Hydraulic fitter making hoses and soldering pipe and doing hydraulics Knowledge of parts like Pirtek. Electrical work 12 + 24 V. General fitting of trailer components, such as tyres, tarps, tool box, guards
Non trade qualified is suitable with industry experience Mon- Friday 45 hrs per week.
FROM $32 hr Flat hourly rate x 9 hrs a day Saturday is $40 hr x 5 hrs work

Skills and experience
SKILLS BELOW ARE LISTED FOR GENERAL OVERVIEW OF skills WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Experience with the pulse welder that uses the push pull gun 1.2mm bare wire will be highly regarded ( as a weld test is required ).
We use millers and pulse for steel bay and fronius Mig on the ally work. all pulse welders.
Excellent and high quality Mig with Fronius pulse welder work and demonstrated abilities with this welding. Experience with multi positional welding for MIG on MILD and ALLY.
Fitting of hydraulics to trailers and trailer assembly skills
Fabrication experience is terrific
