Our client, a well established Metal Stamping. &. Toolmaking Specialist in Dandenong, are currently seeking an experienced Fitter & Turner, with relevant trades papers.
This engineering company is a leader in design, manufacture and repair of a wide variety of equipment in the engineering and manufacturing industries throughout Australia and worldwide.
This role will entail;
- Excellent skills in fitting and turning
- Ability to read and interpret plans and working drawings
- Ability to operate autonomously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive in assisting other team members
To be successful in obtaining this challenging role you will;
- Be Australian recognised trade qualified, with a minimum 5 years industry experience
- Have strong troubleshooting abilities
- Fabrication and weld skills would be highly desired.
- Have a highly technical mind
