We are seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our VIC Operations Team. The objective of the role is to drive both sales and profitability across 6 company owned and operated bakeries working under the guidance and mentorship of the Operations Manager.
This role would suit a motivated Bakery Manager or Production Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join an organisation that rewards and recognises hard work, results and drive.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Working shoulder to shoulder with the Bakery Operations Team to drive sales, profitability and production efficiency.
- Under the guidance and direction of the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental supporting initiatives that facilitate continuous improvement of brand standards.
- Nurture, support and develop our key Bakery personnel.

- Experienced Retailer with baking background.

- You possess a strong sense of urgency in everything you do. You are well respected by your Team for getting things done!
- Flexible; No two days are the same. You will be expected to travel across Metro Melbourne so a Driver's License is required
