Tiling Supervisor
Our company is a mid-size commercial tiling company which has experienced significant growth
We require a Tiling Supervisor to join our company immediately
You will be reporting to management, you duties will include but not limited to:
- Site Supervision of all tiling projects
- Procurement of labour & materials for our tiling projects
- Maintenance of quality, safety and environmental procedures
- Some minor tiling & repairs will be required
- Manage the non-conformance process
- Ability to read plans and provide instructions to the tilers
- Site Measurement
- Site audits and inspections
- Organise deliveries & some minor lifting will be required
Excellent salary package on offer to the successful candidate, a company vehicle & phone will be provided
Candidate must possess excellent time management and organisational skills, communication skills and the ability to motivate peers; strong scheduling, planning, problem solving, and multi-tasking.
The successful candidate must have Tiling Industry experience preferably a qualified tiler with at least 5 years' experience
