Sydney City Lexus is one of the largest Lexus dealers in Australia. Our Waterloo Service Department has an opportunity for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our guest focused service department.

In this important role, you will act as the principal contact between the dealership and the guest, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles, your main duties will include:

• Determining the customer’s needs and translating vehicle issues to repair orders that can be clearly understood and diagnosed by workshop technical staff;
• To fix it right the first time;
• Keeping service customers constantly informed on the progress of their vehicle;
• On selling other services;
• Raising or amend repair orders as required;
• Verify all the customer’s needs have been fulfilled and deliver the vehicle on time
• Actively contributing to the team to ensure quality customer service is always provided.

• Have the ability prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure

You should have previous experience in a service advisor position. Previous experience in a prestige dealership will be highly regarded but not essential.

As a Service Advisor you will work from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a fully maintained vehicle.
