This role for CEM Group will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of a number of serviced apartments across Victoria.
Planning and managing your time, you will be responsible for the maintenance requirements of a number of serviced apartments and individual guest rooms, reception areas, corridors and function spaces as well as providing advice on required works.
The larger scale works include:
- project and/or refurbishments
- repairs and maintenance to be organised with minimal disruption to the business and guests.
- Requesting quotes & ordering of Material requirements as needed.
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience in in a similar role, sound knowledge of appropriate tools, equipment and techniques to complete tasks and exceptional problem solving skills.
Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements including SWMS/JSA, and the ability to identify and refer any repairs or maintenance requiring specialist trades or license/permit to the appropriate manager is also required.
Comprehensive knowledge in some or all areas of Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Waterproofing, Electrical is preferred with all types of repair works required throughout our properties in Victoria.
Trade qualifications would be highly regarded.
