THE OPPORTUNITY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In joining the MBE Broadbeach team, your function will see you manage a number of tasks:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide "best-fit" advice for design, print and other services offered
• Assist customers with their design needs
• Set up files to match equipment (digital press with 5th station, latex wide format and plans etc)
• Complete document finishing such as laminating, binding etc
• Liase with customers in regards to quotes, design proofs and specifications and gain appropriate approval
• Assist sales with design specifications & general retail store administration duties including banking, A/R and anything else as required
• Develop and create marketing material based on market conditions for our store in conjunction with management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Exposure to a Digital Printing environment with wide format a must
• Ability to work autonomously
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working in a fast paced, high volume and quick turnaround printing company
• Very well organised, self-managed and able to multi-task
• Solid PC and Mac computer skills
• Efficient in managing artwork files for customers
• Strong troubleshooting
• Clear and precise communication skills
• Customer service skills are essential
• Passionate, customer focused and dedicated
• Strong Team Player and an enthusiasm to work and excel in the retail digital print industry
• Qualification in design, marketing or business an advantage but not essential
