About the business

National Projects & Maintenance ( NPM ) is a leading provider of building services to Australia's largest commercial property portfolios and facilities.

We are looking for a qualified and energetic tradesman or builder with carpentry and general to join our team in VIC.

There is an opportunity to progress your career into a Team Leader and Site Manager.

About the role

Your daily tasks will involve liaising with customers, commercial carpentry activities, plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling grid maintenance, aluminium work and installations along with outdoor works including general landscaping, paving, rendering and many more.

Overtime and weekend work is available.

You will be required to:

• Comply with NPM's inductions process and WHS requirements.
• Attend and complete maintenance / project tasks as required.
• Ensuring all task notes and job statuses are completed.
