ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Full time position
- Werribee location based at Mercy Place Wyndham
- Ensure the safety and upkeep of the Aged Care Facility by undertaking a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Take on the responsibility for on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture whilst also identifying and taking action to prevent health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- Trade based qualification or more than 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance position.
- Current Victorian driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks relating to residential aged care.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
