About the business
Apex Access is a building façade maintenance company that provides first class services in high and low rise commercial window cleaning, pressure cleaning and building maintenance in the Perth CBD and surrounds.
About the role
This is a casual position with regular ongoing hours and the opportunity to become full-time following a 3 month probationary period.
As a Rope Access Technician, you will be assisting with the following tasks:
- Construction and Building Maintenance
- Building inspection reports
- Façade painting
- High and low rise window cleaning
- Rope access (abseiling)
- Rendering and façade repairs
- Concreting and sealing
- Glazing

Skills and experience
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of IRATA Level 1 with rope access experience
- Qualified tradespersons highly regarded (though not essential)
- Be able to comply with strict OH&S requirements
- Work effectively in a team
- Drivers Licence
- Strive to complete work to a high standard, within budget and time limits
