About the Role:

We require a dynamic and professional individual capable of handling a diverse range of hands on day to day trade repair/administrative based activities within a small busy team environment. The flexible role is ideally suited for a proactive trade based professional that can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your day will be both busy and varied with duties including but not limited to:

  • General office administration
  • Hands on trade based repairs
  • Workshop activity processing
  • Invoicing and data entry
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Assisting in job quoting and creation
  • Work  flow management
  • Computing and filing 
  • Stock management (Products and Parts)

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a trade based background and experience in business administration; be confident using a wide range of business systems; have the ability to innovate and implement change, coupled with excellent customer service skills. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Trade based qualification/experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Personnel management skills
  • Extremely organised and self managed
  • Have a systematic approach to their work
  • Possess a strong ability to multi task
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Able to develop strong relationships with internal staff, external Clients and Partners
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles
  • A strong communicator with can do attitude
  • Stock management experience (Products and Parts)
  • Forklift ticket/experience
