About the Role:
We require a dynamic and professional individual capable of handling a diverse range of hands on day to day trade repair/administrative based activities within a small busy team environment. The flexible role is ideally suited for a proactive trade based professional that can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Your day will be both busy and varied with duties including but not limited to:
- General office administration
- Hands on trade based repairs
- Workshop activity processing
- Invoicing and data entry
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Assisting in job quoting and creation
- Work flow management
- Computing and filing
- Stock management (Products and Parts)
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a trade based background and experience in business administration; be confident using a wide range of business systems; have the ability to innovate and implement change, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Skills and Experience:
- Trade based qualification/experience
- Administrative experience
- Personnel management skills
- Extremely organised and self managed
- Have a systematic approach to their work
- Possess a strong ability to multi task
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Able to develop strong relationships with internal staff, external Clients and Partners
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles
- A strong communicator with can do attitude
- Stock management experience (Products and Parts)
- Forklift ticket/experience
