New opportunities for experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technicians have arisen at ALS Industrial in Emerald and Moranbah. The available positions will service local clients as well as major client sites throughout Queensland.
 
You will be required to carry out NDT and Inspection work in accordance with ALS Industrial procedures, as well as:

• Liaise with clients and provide recommendations where required.
  
• Prepare and compile reports.
  
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition at all times, and where required is calibrated.
  
• Ensure that proper safety procedures are strictly followed and adhered to at all times.
  

 
In order to be considered for these roles, you must hold at a minimum:

• Minimum Level II AINDT or equivalent (ISO 9712) qualifications in Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing Level II.
  
• Mining experience is beneficial.
  
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role and work environment.
  
• Evidence of previous client-liaison skills.
  
• Demonstrate the ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
  
• Report-writing skills.
  
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
  
• Current, valid C-class driver's licence.
