We have an exciting full time position that has come available for an experienced Integrated Services Manager, to be based at Rouse Hill. This role will require you to oversee the operations of all services including; cleaning, security and customer service.

As part of this role you will be required, but not limited to:

  • Organising, controlling and coordinating the operational management of the site to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of security and cleaning services to create and sustain safe and productive environments for occupants.
  • Being responsible for the efficient day to day coordination and management of the Contract and Assetlink employees.
  • Establishing an environment which fosters high morale, performance, ethical behaviour and the general well-being of personnel.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Understanding of  the requirements and have experience in facilities management
  • Proven management experience in cleaning & security services 
  • Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team.
  • Experience in performance management.
  • Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
  • Hands-on knowledge and practice of security and cleaning practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with the client, centre management, visitors, guest, customers, tenants and staff.
  • Experience in large shopping centre environments.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Competent computer skills are an absolute necessity.
