Due to current growth Mercedes-Benz Brighton is seeking a high performing, motivated and passionate Warranty Clerk-Junior looking for that next step in their career. You will be working closely with the Warranty Clerk, Service Technicians and Service Advisors. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordinating all warranty claims for the dealership, including liaising with manufacturers and customers.
The NGP Group operates automotive dealerships in metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney representing a number of leading automotive brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Holden Volvo and Volkswagen.
To be successful you must have:
- A strong customer service focus.
- excellent communication and problem solving skills,
- Process claims in quick time and with accuracy
- Be able to work in a strong team environment.
