CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business enjoying continued growth across Queensland.

We are looking for an energetic, highly reliable and performance-driven Client Services Manager to take the leading role in expanding our operations and drive future growth of our Cleaning Services in Gladstone and surrounds.

Initially part-time (circa 25 hours per week), expanding the business as a key player in the local industry will create the opportunity for increasing to full-time hours and the possibility of an Area Manager and/or Regional Manager position as the business grows in and around Gladstone.

Drawing on previous successful experience in management / supervision and sales, (preferably gained in the cleaning or facilities sector) the successful applicant will ensure the delivery of high quality cleaning services to clients, in line with agreed scopes of works, and will ensure that services delivered consistently meet or exceed our clients' expectations.

For success in this fast paced role you will need to:

  • thrive in a fast paced, client centric, service focused business environment
  • quickly establish professional credibility with client representatives, contractors and front line staff
  • deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • establish productive working relationships with all stakeholders
  • undertake regular / frequent client site visits (company vehicle provided)

There will be some stock control and ordering (including cleaning products, equipment and chemicals) and regular use of a range of administrative and business management systems.

The successful applicant will:

  • be an all rounder able to deal effectively with multiple projects
  • be comfortable working with significant autonomy
  • adept at quickly establishing rapport and forging productive working relationships.
  • possess highly effective interpersonal, influencing, communication and personal presentation skills
  • be competent at identifying issues, prioritising and resolving problems
  • have a natural flair for organising and prioritising and 'getting the job done'
  • be competent using IT systems and new technology e.g. Lap Top, IPad, IPhone, etc.
  • demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and personal development

A track record of success in a similarly demanding role may be what sets you apart from others, however having the abilities, skills and knowledge necessary to hit the ground running is a pre-requisite.   The successful applicant must possess an open drivers licence and hold or be eligible to obtain a WWC Blue Card and meets clients' health and safety and other induction requirements.
