You are a motivated and organised individual with experience in a customer-facing role. You are driven to exceed targets and expectations, employing exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the retail automotive industry. However, applicants with a strong customer relations background are welcome to apply.

About the role.
In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, face-to-face and over the phone.
Your day will consist of.
- taking customer enquiries and service bookings
- determining the customer's needs and communicating these to the workshop
- advising customers on the progress of their service
- gaining authorisation for extra work
- providing superior customer service.
