Whirlwind Print is a fast paced, dynamic print company and we are passionate about our customers, our staff and about print.

We are seeking a Bindery Tradesperson to join our Bindery night shift team. As a Bindery Tradesperson, you will be performing a variety of Bindery operation duties including folding, guillotining and laminating. As the role is varied, there is opportunity and scope for further development and learning across the Bindery team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Print Finishing apprentice or a Bindery Operator who is seeking further training and development of their skill-set.

If you have experience operating finishing equipment in a high volume, busy process type environment then this opportunity may be ideal for you. What’s really important for the role is the ability to learn, to be flexible and a team player, able to work to deadlines and have a passion for producing quality work for our customers. 

This is a night shift position working 10:00pm - 6:00am.

The key criteria for the Bindery Tradesperson position is:

•   Previous print finishing experience 

•   An interest in learning and developing your skill-set

•   Ability to work to tight customer deadlines

•   Ability to produce quality work with high attention to detail

•   Have a flexible, team based approach
