Building Rectification Services has been established since 1985, during this period our company has acquired and developed specialised skills in all fields of remedial building.

We currently have several positions and are seeking Experienced Scaffolders Basic/Intermediate

• Own Tools
• Construction Induction
• Work at Heights
• Drivers Licence including Light/Medium Rigid
• Proven Experience in Installs Commercial
• Highly Motivated and Energetic
• Physically Fit (Lifting is Involved)
• Great Communication Skills
• Professional Presentation
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Duties include

• Manage the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding as per Australian Standards and job specifications.
• Interpret and communicate plans, drawings and written instructions and comply with project specifications to complete works.
• Meet team quality and productivity targets in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.
• Ensure erected and tagged scaffold, is accompanied by a completed handover certificate and job card in accordance with site, client and or project specific instructions.
• Facilitate daily pre-starts, weekly tool box meetings and other health and safety initiatives and training.
• Maintain site safety procedures, plans, incident, risk assessments hazard management and control measures.
• Managing resourcing requirements for jobs including people, plant, materials and equipment and coordinate logistics and distribution to effect job deadlines.
• Identify, report and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate inspection and tagging of scaffolding in accordance with site, client and or project specific instructions.
