Nationally situated market leader specialising in the provision and management of landscape, construction and maintenance services to major corporate, government and commercial clients.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Team Leader for works maintaining public open space sites and large scale commercial grass cutting contracts in East and South East Brisbane

The successful applicant will have:

• experience in leading ground crews within commercial grass maintenance contracts
• experience and skills in grounds maintenance and associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, zero turn mowers, wide area mowers and tractors.
• a current manual driver's licence (MR preferred)
• a strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills
• a minimum three years' experience in open space maintenance and grass cutting contracts
• Construction Safety White Card
• basic Traffic Management level 2 and First Aid Certificate (advantageous)
• chemical application license (ACDC)
• Certificate III or IV within Turf Management and/or Horticulture (advantageous)

In addition, as an experienced Team Leader you will:

• maintain schedules in conjunction with our clients' requirements
• Train, lead and guide groundstaff
• meet timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our clients' needs
• conduct analysis of your output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of your sites.
