GTES, in partnership with Hartwigs, are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in commencing their career as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic in their Queanbeyan branch.
Your duties will include but not limited to;
- Servicing and repairs of engines
- Electronic diagnosis
- Fault tracing
- General mechanical repairs
To be considered for this opportunity ideally you will have/be;
- reliable
- Mature-minded
- Willing to learn and demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the automotive industry
- A current driver’s licence would be advantageous but not essential.
You will undertake a 4 year apprenticeship and attend TAFE in a block period to obtain this qualification.
