We are looking for the right people who can deliver the highest level of customer service to join successful dealerships across Melbourne.

 

As an Automotive Service Advisor you must have a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills as you will be the principal contact between the clients and the dealership at Service Department level. 

You will be accountable for the success of the department and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

• Professional phone mannerism and presentation
• A Proven track record in customer service and results
• Previous Dealership Service Advisor Experience Essential
