The Role
Your duties will involve the maintaining of various HVAC plant & equipment at a prestigious CBD customer.
Essential to this role is a good electrical understanding, communication skills and HVAC and/or a mechanical background will be advantageous.
The Right Candidate
- 5+ years relevant trade experience
- HVAC and plant maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to provide own transport
- The right applicant will have a focus on sustainability
- Ability to work unsupervised in a team environment.
- Demonstrate fault finding abilities and present solutions.
- Reliable, self-motivated and well presented.
- Clear verbal and written communication; word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Able to liaise with clients on the condition of their plant
- Willing to undergo a police check
- Available to work some overtime.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential.
