As one of Australia's fastest growing businesses, with over 100,000 satisfied clients and more than one million laser and skin treatments performed, SILK has been taking the cosmetic treatment market by storm and due to rapid growth and a focus on continued expansion in Perth, we are looking for inspiring and high energy Clinic Managers who will motivate and lead one of our clinic teams in providing gold standard service and customer care to all our clients.
Your day will be a combination of monitoring team and clinic performance, coaching team members to high capability and leading by example through hands-on interactions with clients. You will be a star at time management and attention to detail, and your problem solving and computer skills will be as masterful as your exceptional customer service skills and innovative sales strategies. Listening to and understanding the needs of your team members and clients will be one of your key strengths and you will be energised by working in a fast paced, vibrant environment. With successful clinics in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, a SILK Clinic Manager will be looking for career prospects and opportunities to grow professionally.
On a daily basis, you will be:
• Driving sales performance through outstanding hands-on service to clients and effective coaching of your team, inspiring and leading them to be experts in their field, so they can provide every client with the right solution
• A shining example of the SILK brand – someone our team members respect and aspire to be and our clients trust with all their cosmetic concerns
• Committed to the less glamourous but vital elements of your role, such as reporting, compliance and clinic presentation.
Your experience will include:
- Beauty Therapy Diploma qualified or equivalent industry experience
- A proven track record as a successful leader in the beauty/ aesthetics industry
- A genuine interest in and passion for developing people and driving sales success
- Confident and positive communication skills
- High computer literacy
- Professional presentation
- Previous laser/ IPL experience is highly desirable
