Your new company
Based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs is an industry leader in the manufacturing and design of customised refrigeration, with a national reputation for high quality and a can do attitude. Being a family ran business you will be working within a supportive, friendly and close knit team. This are currently seek a Sheet Metal Worker to join their team as sales increase.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working as part of a tight knit team on the workshop floor, led by a friendly and knowledgeable Workshop Manager. You will be working with stainless steel, TIG and MIG welding as well as adhering to the company’s strict OH&S policy that is a source of pride for the company. You will be working Monday - Friday 6 - 2.30 with ample overtime available, you will also be working alongside 4 other staff within the production department.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have extensive experience as a Sheet Metal Worker with a can do attitude, coupled with the following;
- Trade Certification/Qualification
- Experience with working with stainless steel, refrigeration experience is desirable but not essential
- TIG/MIG welding experience
- Hands on approach and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
