About the role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced, self-motivated Parts Interpreter to fill a full-time role based at Christies Beach. As the successful candidate, you will be required to use your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist customers with their enquiries and ensure customers receive up to date information on all products and services both over phone or over-the-counter sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers
- Handle all parts sales and enquiries through a busy showroom
- Process all orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
- Promote and upsell products
Skills & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Strong computer aptitude
- Current drivers licence
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and in all facets of the parts operations
- Knowledge of the Toyota brand will be highly regarded
