We're currently looking for a reliable Parts Interpreter Cadet to join our team based in Glen Waverley.
This position is ideally suited to someone wanting to build a career in the parts side of the automotive industry, and offers training to bring you up to speed in the position.
You'll initially be responsible for:
- Training in the operation of Parts systems for BMW
- Unpacking stock orders and collating parts as they come in
- General administration duties in parts department as required
- Supply and invoicing of parts to Trade, Service and Pre-Delivery departments
- Prepare and assist in annual stock take
- Carry out parts delivery when required
- Conduct sales transactions with customer by telephone, internet, e-mail, eBay and over the counter
- Packing Orders for Dispatch
- A current Manual Drivers License
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Confident computer skills
- A high level of personal presentation
- Clear communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- An avid interest in cars and the automotive industry
