Browco is leading the Brow Shaping and Eyelash market across our 8 locations in NSW.
We are currently searching for an amazing Manager with experience to join our team. If you have qualification in the below please apply and include a cover letter.
Management:
Meeting store budgets
Looking after the store
Ensuring staff are following the right procedures
Customer satisfaction
Employee training
Store reporting
Stock control
Rostering and customer bookings
Working with head office
New store opening and growth within the business
We specialise in Brow Shaping and Eyelash Extensions only, so if you are also obsessed with Brow and Lash perfection as we are, come and join our team.
Our Browco technique is widely regarded by our customers, so a commitment to building long lasting relationships with them is a must, as we have a lot of return clientele. Our lovely team of girls are full of personality, super friendly and work wonderfully together as a team, so we are looking for new team members who are vibrant, passionate, professional and have excellent customer service skills.
If you have:
- Qualifications or certificate in Brow Waxing & tinting
- Are friendly, punctual and able to build relationships with our customers
- Attention to detail and a natural eye for perfection
- Experience in waxing, tweezing and shaping
- Willing to learn eyelash extensions
- Full of personality and a team player
- Management experience
