Centennial Coal is one of the largest underground coal producers in NSW and are offering this opportunity to join their team across site in the Western regions.
With access to hands-on training, a supportive environment and ongoing mentoring, you will gain invaluable experience within the mining industry. Your role will expose you to various industry related tasks, whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical.
HVTC provides mentoring and support for all their apprentices and are seeking committed applicants who possess passion for this trade and an enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
To be considered for these opportunities you will have:
- A genuine interest in the Engineering Mechanical trade and mining industry
- Completed your HSC (preferred but not essential)
- Sound aptitude in mathematics and science subjects
- Sound computer skills
- Good manual handling techniques and safety focus
- A current drivers licence and reliable transport
