The Role:
This is your chance to join a well-known HVAC organisation with a great name in the industry. This organisation is looking to recruit a HVAC Senior Account/ Service Manager (Account Managers welcome to apply) who is keen to enhance their career.
The applicant must be dedicated to providing quality service solutions and be experienced in quoting, winning new maintenance contracts and service repair works and be keen to develop new business opportunities, whilst ensuring the service team is run in a profitable way.

Roles & responsibilities;
To be successful in this role you will be a customer focused manager with an eagerness to facilitate exceptional results. You will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role with a proven track record, along with the ability to:
- Manage and grow your team of technicians
- Manage your invoicing and paperwork compliance for your business unit
- Working with clients and co-workers in a positive and proactive manor
- Identify new business opportunities and avenues for growth
- Quoting and winning new maintenance contracts and service repair works
- Strong financial background
- Manage 20 + Direct reports/ trades staff
