endota day spa Carlton North is currently looking for a qualified, organised and motivated Day Spa Manager or Assistant Manager to inspire a great team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of Australia's largest network of organic day spas that is renowned for our ahh-mazing treatments and down to earth service.

We offer a great working environment including our 6 stunning treatment rooms and 2 client relaxation lounges.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- minimum of Diploma in beauty therapy required
- minimum of 12 months experience in beauty as spa manager
- be confident in all beauty and spa treatments including Pedicures, Manicures, Brazilian Waxing and Spray Tanning. Experience in Hydromicrodermabrasion and Pregnancy Massage would be an advantage.
- proven ability to exceed targets/KPIs – sales and re-bookings.
- be organised and structured to manage reception, client bookings and be able to motivate the team
- have an interest in the business and administration side of running a successful spa
- strong communication skills and a passion for the industry
- Display excellent leadership qualities, previous leadership position in any industry an advantage
- be confident in the ability to train staff
- be able to encourage a team with product recommendations (dermalogica experience will be an advantage)
- day, evening and weekend availability a must
- minimum 4 or 5 days including 1 weekend day, one evening availability required
