Labourers $35 P/H plus O/T
We require six labourers for a 12 month casual assignment covering all areas in Sydney for sewerage repair work.
This assignments will be a view to permanent (after 12 months) for candidates wishing to pursue a career with Sydney Water.
The Job: Basically digging of trences plus assisting in the repair of sewer mains plus many other associated tasks.
Requirements: White card, own transport as the work will take you everywhere throughout Sydney, when not starting on work site you report to Potts Hill Sydney Water facility at 6.50am start time.
Physically very fit as moving soils by hand will be a major requirement.
You will have previous experience in digging trenches, working in sewerage or similar work, you maybe from a civil labouring background or domestic building sites.
Desirable: Excavator ticket, prior experience in steel or civil construction /domestic industries.
Hours of Work: 6.50 am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday with overtime plus 1 RDO per month
