Southside Truck Centre is a family owned business that has been servicing the North Coast of New South Wales trucking community since 1966. We are an award winning multi franchised dealership looking after the Volvo, Mack, UD, Western Star & MAN brands at our Coffs Harbour & Lismore dealerships. The Position
We are seeking a qualified senior technician to join our diverse, friendly, positive & progressive service team working on Australia's top selling truck brands in our Coffs Harbour dealership. The role will include all facets of truck maintenance & repairs with a lot of electronic & mechanical diagnostics. We want our technicians to have outstanding knowledge & skills to repair the quality products we sell & service. To achieve this you would need to be part of our commitment to training. This is done in house, on line & off site with the manufactures. We also offer a great bonus system, overtime, afternoon shift & breakdown opportunities.
The Applicant
The successful technician will need to have a truck repair background with good diagnostic skills. Some of the other attributes we are looking for are:
- Volvo/Mack/UD experience
- A team focused
- A positive can do attitude
- Honesty, positivity & flexibilty
- Good communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- A good understanding of OH&S
