An international commercial Cleaning and Integrated Facilities Management Service provider company that provides services to government, education, aged care, commercial and defence clients.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager of Development, this role is responsible for:

• Conducting walk-through of new contracts
• Providing accurate costs for labour and tools for new contracts
• Providing costs to the tender team and assisting with writing tendering
• Submitting tenders
• Relationship management and development of clients
• Working closely with operational team in handovers
• Providing technical advice to tender and sales teams for contracts
• Developing relationships with clients and future clients
• Working closely with Business Development and Analyst teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar estimating position within the cleaning industry OR Have had demonstrated experience in an operational capacity, ready to take the step into Estimating
• Knowledge and experience with providing accurate costs and estimates of labour, resources and equipment. Strong cleaning technical aptitude
• Positive, go-getter attitude with a hunger for success
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Estimating models or templates
• Keen eye for detail
