Rosmech Sales & Service, Australia's premier supplier of specialised road sweeping machinery, seeks the services of an experienced, hands-on trade's person to undertake its field service and product support operations throughout New South Wales.

The Opportunity
As the Field Service Technician, NSW you will have the right Rosmech ‘attitude’ and ‘can do’ approach with a positive outlook, energy and motivation to make a difference and deliver a quality service across the NSW region. This full-time position based in Arndell Park will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for:
- The completion of all required service and repair work on various machinery;
- Diesel Engine fault diagnosis, repairs and reconditioning:
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting and rectification of the Scarab CanBus vehicle control system;
- Replacement or service/refurbishment of perishable/useful life or consumable machine components;
- On site repairs and servicing;
- Attendance to service calls when required (including out of hours) and;
- Operator and workshop training.
Criteria
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude;
- License rated MR or higher;
- Display a sense of urgency and punctuality;
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills;
- Complete and submit legible and detailed documentation i.e. job dockets; and
- Pass a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol test.
