We are a long standing iconic Mackay business representing a number of new vehicle franchises. The dealership consistently experiences growth and remains a leading business in the region. This has been achieved through staff satisfaction and consistently delivering best practice in sales and service.
What's in it for you?
· Working with quality brands (Nissan & Subaru).
· Ongoing training with the factory and other suppliers will be provided
· Some travel will be required as requested by the factories
· A CRM team take your service bookings and ensure your allocated hours are filled
- Service advisors can focus on the customers in that day
· Retainer 45K + commission (ETI from 60K-100K)
· Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 – 5:00pm
Ideally we would like to secure someone with previous automotive service experience but ultimately the successful applicant will have a passion for customer service excellence with great time management skills and able to work in a complex and fast -paced environment. Relocation subsidy would also be considered for the correct applicant.
