Reporting to our National Technical Services and Warranty Manager, this position operates within a team environment to identify and ensure that our technicians and dealer network are supported with information, training and provided with clear communication on our company procedures.
About the role
Participate in product development and testing of ducted and split air conditioning
Assist with the rollout of field trials
Develop and appoint service and dealer network
Monitor performance of service network
Analyse service call data and technical documentation, providing feedback to quality and technical teams
Provide technical and user training to technicians and call centre
Work independently and be able to plan ahead
Recommended skills and requirements
Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Air-Conditioning and refrigeration and Arctic license
Minimum 5 years’ experience installing and repairing split, ducted and cassette air conditioners
Competent reading technical information such as schematic, wiring diagrams
Experience with Wi-Fi connectivity
Advanced computer and software application skills, particularly Microsoft applications.
Able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Time management and problem solving skills to priorities work
Flexible in an ongoing environment of change and growth
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
