What to expect as a Tradesman at Stakat Building:

• Work independently and unassisted on requested job types
• Show and execute good job planning skills.
• Will require some improvisation and out of the square thinking to resolve unforeseen problems.
• Be able to foresee any potential problems or delays in a job and notify team leader with possible solution to eliminate their effects on progress.
• Be Punctual at all times
• Demonstrate good time management skills and multitasking abilities.
• Work within a deadline and under direction to ensure deadlines are upheld and on budget.
• Assist the company and provide paid overtime where reasonably requested.
• Be able to read and understand engineer documents and plans.
• Be able to execute agreed on plans of action and job related tasks.
• Take ownership of any problems that may arise and notify team leader or management if no leader is available. If possible, provide a potential solution to the situation.
• Take ownership, accountability and responsibility for this roles expectations and responsibilities.
• Strive to make your position a contributor to overall company success.
• Strive to complete your role at the best of your ability.
• Assist with training of employees and apprentices where required.
